Welcome To The Official Ashbourne & District Pipe Band Website

Ashbourne and District Pipe Band hold their practices twice a week. They are held on a Tuesday and Thursday, on a Tuesday they are at Egginton School and on a Thursday at St Johns church hall in Ashbourne.

Pipers will sit around a table and will practice their tunes together on chanters, whereas drummers will sit at the back on the room in a circle and practice their tunes together on rubber Rebounder pads with sticks. Practice commences at 19:30hrs and normally ends at approximately 2 hours later at 21:30hrs. We as a band are always looking for new players whether you are experienced or not (we will teach!).
